About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join us for critical projects. You will work with leading global tech companies to help build cutting-edge AI foundational models designed to perform exceptionally well across ML pipelines, predictive systems, and large-scale training environments.

In this role, you will be part of a highly specialized team with strong domain expertise, contributing directly to improving the accuracy, scalability, and performance of state-of-the-art AI models.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated ML models, workflows, and training pipelines.
• Assess outputs related to supervised learning, unsupervised learning, optimization, and deployment strategies.
• Provide structured feedback on models built using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Analyze responses for accuracy, fairness, robustness, and computational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and inference speed.
• Validate end-to-end ML workflows including preprocessing, training, and deployment logic.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python and major ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with large datasets, distributed training systems, and model optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of model deployment using APIs, cloud ML platforms, or containerized environments.
• Understanding of bias detection, fairness, and reliability in AI systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
