Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ML Engineer with expertise in LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and AI Agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have a decent background of data science (Statistics, Math, ML, DL) and good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), along with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM agents. You will play a pivotal role in selecting, developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs for a variety of intelligent digital applications. ·      Lead the selection of appropriate foundation models and APIs for diverse intelligent digital applications. Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) to power innovative digital solutions.

• Implement and experiment with LLM agent development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems leveraging vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB to significantly enhance LLM-based applications.
• Optimize and fine-tune state-of-the-art transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, Claude) for domain-specific tasks, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement advanced prompt engineering techniques and fine-tuning strategies to continuously improve LLM performance and accuracy.
• Design and build sophisticated AI agents, multi-agent systems, and optimize tool-use for real-world business applications.
• Drive the end-to-end development of digital cloud-based applications, encompassing UI/UX, APIs, DevOps, microservices, and application orchestration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor or master's in engineering/computer applications/statistics/mathematics

·      Overall experience of 2 years in the industry after academics

·      1-2 years of Experience in LLM/GenAI and strong Python skills

·      Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions using LLM/GenAI. And understanding of Prompt Engineering and Fine-tuning LLMs.

·      Experience with LLM RAG/Agent development frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, LangGraph.

·      Knowledge of vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and embedding models

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

·      Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

·      Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
