We are now seeking a new team member who is excited about using experiments at scale and ML-driven personalisation to create a seamless experience for our users, helping them find the products and content they didn't even know they were looking for, and drive engagement and business value.

• You are driven by curiosity and are passionate about partnering with a diverse range of business and tech colleagues to deeply understand their customers, uncover new opportunities, advise and support them in design, execution and analysis of experiments, or to develop ML solutions for ML-driven personalisation (e. g. , supervised or unsupervised) that drive substantial customer and business impact.
• You will use your expertise in experiment design, data science, causal inference and machine learning to stimulate data-driven innovation. This is an incredibly exciting role with high impact.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s, Master s, or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience building machine learning and statistical models including regression, classification, time-series forecasting, and deep learning.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, with proficiency in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based frameworks.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, along with deep experience in LangChain/LangGraph, Crew AI, and SQL.
• Experience in collaborative development practices, including version control (e. g. , Git), CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of LLMs and transformer-based architectures (e. g. , BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, Gemini etc. , ).
• Proven ability to design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-driven applications, especially those leveraging agent-based architectures.
• Practical experience with MLOps tools and open-source solutions such as Streamlit for building interactive dashboards.
• Ability to write and maintain high-quality, scalable code in both Python and SQL.
• Experience working on cloud platforms, especially Azure and Databricks.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define technical requirements.
• Passion for staying current with emerging trends in Generative AI and applying them to drive innovation and deliver business value.
