Role Overview

We are looking for Machine Learning Engineers, AI Researchers, Simulation Developers, and Technical Game Designers with hands-on experience in reinforcement learning environments and simulation design. You will build and test structured scenarios within a remote reinforcement learning platform, configure environment parameters and reward structures, and provide technical feedback on the platform and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scenarios within a reinforcement learning platform.
• Configure environmental parameters, spatial constraints, and agent interaction rules.
• Define and work with reward structures.
• Test preliminary agent behavior and validate scenario setup.

Key Requirements

• Professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Research, Simulation Development, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience building simulations or reinforcement learning environments.
• Familiarity with RL frameworks, agent behavior, and reward structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
