Machine Learning Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop predictive models to solve business problems using machine learning techniques.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation for model training.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
• Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time or batch deployment environments.
• Deploy machine learning models into production systems and ensure reliable operation.
• Monitor model performance in production and perform retraining or updates as required.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to implement ML solutions.
• Develop scripts and pipelines for automated model training and inference.
• Work on feature engineering to improve model effectiveness.
• Document model architecture, workflows, and experimental results.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of ML models and data pipelines.
