Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning frameworks, and open-source AI technologies to build transformative AI solutions
- Apply expertise in AI models, LLMs, and AI-specialized infrastructure to solve business-focused AI challenges
- Partner with product development teams as a Generative AI subject matter expert to architect scalable and resilient AI solutions
- Design and implement ethical AI systems aligned with responsible AI practices
- Work with open-source frameworks and models, including Hugging Face Transformers, to deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities
- Optimize Generative AI models for improved scalability, efficiency, and performance
- Develop and maintain AI pipelines including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven products and solutions
- Support experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement of AI systems and workflows
- Ensure production readiness, monitoring, and reliability of AI applications
Experience Required:
- 8 - 11 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI solution development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI model development
- Experience working with open-source AI frameworks and Hugging Face Transformers
- Solid understanding of AI infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and scalable AI pipelines
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, AWS, or GCP is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles and ethical AI implementation
Education: Any Graduation
