Role Description This full-time, on-site Machine Assembly role is based at the company's facility in Bengaluru. The position involves assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include using hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and align parts, performing soldering tasks where required, and inspecting completed assemblies for defects or deviations. The role also includes basic troubleshooting of assembly issues, collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets, and maintaining a clean and safe work area by following company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks, including reading basic drawings and assembling components with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of quality control practices, including visual inspection, measurement checks, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of industrial safety practices and willingness to follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Prior experience in machine assembly, production, or maintenance in a factory or workshop setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage tasks independently, and collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Minimum educational background in a technical or vocational field (such as ITI, diploma, or equivalent) is preferred.
