About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Mac & JAMF Pro Administrator to manage, configure, and support our Apple device ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JAMF Pro, macOS administration, and enterprise-level device management. This role ensures seamless deployment, security compliance, and user support across the organization's Apple infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS devices.
- Develop and manage policies, configuration profiles, and scripts for device management.
- Automate deployment, patching, and updates for macOS applications and operating systems.
- Monitor device compliance with organizational security standards.
- Provide technical support for Mac users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce endpoint protection and encryption policies.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Evaluate new Apple technologies and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administering JAMF Pro in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple ecosystem management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
- Familiarity with MDM concepts, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- JAMF certifications (e.g., JAMF Certified Tech, JAMF Certified Admin).
- Experience with integration of JAMF Pro with other enterprise tools (e.g., Active Directory, Intune).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint security solutions.
