Client is looking for Mac Enterprise Support Architect. This is remote position from India and need to work in US CST Time Zone. Client currently lacks a formal Mac Enterprise Support model. With anticipated growth in macOS adoption, there is an urgent need for a standardized, scalable, and efficient support framework to ensure operational consistency, security, and a positive user experience.
Experience:
Develop policies and best practices
Integrate macOS support processes into ITIL/ITSM frameworks (ServiceNow)
Establish governance and operational standards
Currently, our client manages 100 macOS devices. The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing a secure, scalable, and automated macOS environment, which includes:
Rearchitecting JAMF Pro for enterprise alignment
Implementing Zero Touch onboarding using JAMF Setup Manager and Self Service
Aligning macOS management with enterprise IT standards for security, compliance, and lifecycle management
Training the tech support teams on macOS support (local team and MSP)
