Job Description

Support Coverage

  • 13x5 support for macOS services

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow queues for macOS-related incidents and service requests
  • Provide L2 troubleshooting support for Workplace Operations escalations
  • Package and deploy third-party macOS applications when requested
  • Perform vulnerability reviews and remediation for macOS endpoints
  • Submit and manage AppleCare Enterprise Service Pool requests
  • Ensure compliance with endpoint security and operational standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex macOS issues
  • Support continuous improvement of macOS operational processes

  • Microsoft Teams (Chat / Breakout)
  • Jamf Pro Cloud
  • Jamf Composer
  • Apple Business Manager
  • AppleCare for Enterprise

Deliverables / Work Products

  • Accurate ticket handling and escalation documentation
  • Compliance and vulnerability remediation reports
  • Operational updates and reports as requested by the client

  • Physical device handling or hands-on support
