Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MAB Program Manager with a strong background in credit underwriting for Working Capital cases within private sector banks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, supporting business teams, and ensuring robust credit evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently underwrite credit proposals for Working Capital finance, ensuring alignment with internal credit policies and risk frameworks.
- Participate in credit committee discussions, presenting cases with clarity and sound judgment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to standardize and enhance the Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) format.
- Work closely with the Head of SE Business to support strategic initiatives and contribute to business growth.
- Analyze and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and lead efforts to streamline business operations across functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA or MBA from a reputed institute.
- Proven experience in credit underwriting for Working Capital in private sector banks.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to strategic planning and execution.
