Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, migration projects, and licensing management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing Microsoft 365 environments, handling tenant migrations, user management, security configurations, and client support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, client-handling capability, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Handle tenant-to-tenant migration and mailbox migration projects.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 licensing and user administration.
• Work on Azure Active Directory, security policies, and access management.
• Troubleshoot M365-related technical issues and provide user support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Configure security, compliance, and backup policies within Microsoft 365.
• Monitor system performance and ensure service availability.
• Maintain technical documentation and project reports.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects and licensing management.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Experience in troubleshooting and client support.
• Microsoft certifications related to M365 or Azure are preferred.
