Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients and customers. This role serves as both a technical expert and strategic advisor, ensuring that Microsoft 365 environments are aligned with business goals, enhance productivity, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Suite, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and associated Azure/Entra integrations.
- Lead planning and execution of Microsoft 365 migrations, integrations, and deployments across diverse customer environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
- Define and implement governance, compliance, and security frameworks for Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and client-side IT personnel.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and recommend innovations to improve business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and best practices.
- Build and manage a digital twin of the production environment (M365 tenant, Azure tenant, and connected services) to support design validation and testing.
- Support incident resolution, performance tuning, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience
- 07+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 solution architecture, engineering, or consulting roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise environments.
Certifications (Preferred)
- MS-600, MS-700, MS-102, SC-300
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Viva Suite, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.
- Comfortable managing large-scale and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
