- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Build and customize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions using React/TypeScript.
- Develop automation and business workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripts.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Power BI).
- Manage permissions, security settings, and content governance.
- Perform migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of SharePoint environments.
- Document solutions and provide technical support to end users.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2- 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online development.
- Strong knowledge of SPFx, React/TypeScript, and REST APIs / Graph API.
- Experience with Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, site collections, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Teams integrations, and M365 administration.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or SharePoint Developer Associate (preferred).
- Experience in SharePoint migrations (on-prem to online) using tools like ShareGate or Metalogix.
- Exposure to Teams App Development or Power Virtual Agents.
