Key Responsibilities :
Design and build custom Copilot GPTs and AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure conversational workflows, topics, prompts, actions, and generative AI capabilities.
Integrate Copilots with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
Develop Power Automate workflows to support Copilot actions and business process automation.
Connect enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and Dataverse.
Configure and manage knowledge of sources, including SharePoint sites, documents, and websites.
Design user experiences, escalation paths, fallbacks, and Human-in-the-Loop approval processes.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
Monitor usage analytics and continuously improve Copilot performance and accuracy.
Maintain technical documentation and governance standards.

3-6 years of experience with Microsoft technologies.
1-3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
Experience building enterprise chatbots, copilots, or conversational AI solutions.
Experience integrating business applications through APIs and Power Platform.
Preferred Certifications :
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
Educational qualification:
BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
