Microsoft 365 Copilot Support Engineer (L2)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Copilot Support Engineer (L2) to provide operational support, administration, troubleshooting, and adoption enablement for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft cloud services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-driven productivity solutions.

The role involves handling escalated incidents, managing service requests, enabling Copilot deployments across multiple environments, and ensuring adherence to SLA, governance, and security standards.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Experience in customer-facing support and troubleshooting environments.
• Exposure to enterprise ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled productivity and automation solutions is highly preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certification (Preferred)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Applied Skills – Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
• ITIL Foundation Certification
