M365 Automation & RPA Engineer

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Automation & RPA Engineer to design, implement, and operate automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

• This role combines:
• Microsoft 365 administration and architecture 
• RPA and workflow automation using Power Platform and related tools

The ideal candidate understands both:

• how M365 services work under the hood
• and how to automate business processes across them

Key Responsibilities

1. Microsoft 365 Administration & Architecture
2. Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
3. Administer identity and access via Entra ID (Azure AD)
4. Configure and maintain:
5. Security & compliance policies (DLP, retention, access control)
6. Conditional Access and identity protection
7. Support:
8. M365 tenant configuration and governance
9. Integration with Azure services and external systems
10. Participate in migrations (on-prem → M365)
11. Monitor service health, usage, and security posture
12. RPA & Automation Engineering 
13. Design and develop automation solutions using:
14. Power Automate (cloud flows + desktop flows)
15. Power Automate Desktop (primary RPA tool)
16. Build end-to-end workflows, approvals, data processing, integrations, notifications
17. Automate processes across M365 services, web apps, APIs, legacy systems
18. Evaluate business processes for automation feasibility
19. Develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots
20. Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling for automations
21. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into automation designs
22. Integration & Scripting (Supporting Layer)
23. Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, connectors
24. Use PowerShell
25. Support automation of administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

1. Core M365 Skills
2. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
3. Solid understanding of:
4. Identity (Entra ID), Conditional Access
5. Security & compliance (DLP, retention, labeling)
6. Experience with:
7. M365 governance and tenant configuration
8. Migration scenarios (on-prem to cloud)
9. RPA / Automation
10. Hands-on experience with:
11. Power Automate (cloud + desktop)
12. Power Platform 
13. Strong understanding of:
14. Workflow-based logic
15. Automation design patterns
16. Experience building production-grade automations
17. Integration & Technical Skills
18. Experience working with APIs (REST, web services)
19. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Basic Python etc)
20. Ability to troubleshoot across workflows, services, and integrations
