- In-depth knowledge of M3 Application.
- Experience in handling projects independently with at least 2 end-to-end lifecycle implementations.
- Experience of working in support engagement resolving various incidents & providing resolutions to the customers
- M3 application functional & technical knowledge
- Knowledge of Technical Modules (MAK, MeC, M3 Xtend)
- Knowledge of industry verticals with an idea of the value chains in various micro-verticals
