Must Have and Good to Have Skills:

Support Skills

• Managing Incidents and Service Requests raised by Business and IT Team
• Response and resolution as per SLA
• Analyzing the tickets, providing resolution to users
• Performing Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues
• Identifying system bugs and communicating to Epicor for a fix release
• A very good knowledge about Security setup for the user access management

Implementation Skills

• Requirements gathering from IT and Business teams
• Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis
• Development of new requirements
• Experience with iScala Service Connect is a must
• Very good knowledge about iScala reporting tools such as DDF, Crystal, Snap-searches
