M-Tech(Technical Mentor)

This is a full-time on-site role for an M-Tech (Technical Mentor) located in the Kanyakumari district. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students through our skill development programs. The day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering instructional material, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and facilitating workshops and bootcamps. The mentor will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into the curriculum.

• Strong knowledge of programming and software development
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or guiding students in technical subjects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to design and deliver engaging instructional material
• Proficiency in assessing and providing constructive feedback to students
• Capacity to stay updated with current industry trends and technologies
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
