Job Description

People Operations:

  • Manage essential HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, HRIS management, offboarding, and documentation.
  • Enhance process efficiency and employee experience by implementing digitization, automation, and standard operating procedure alignment.
  • Partner with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all HR activities comply with statutory regulations and company policies.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Lead regular internal HR audits covering documentation, POSH compliance, contract management, and policy adherence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, facilitating timely submission of statutory reports and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to address audit findings and establish sustainable control mechanisms.

People Business Partnering:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner for designated functions or business units, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational design, talent reviews, and improving manager effectiveness.
  • Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Champion culture-building initiatives aligned with the company's core values and business objectives.

Performance Management System:

  • Handle the PMS tool.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of comprehensive HR experience encompassing HR Ops, Business Partnering, Audits & Compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of Indian Labor Laws and HR Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and work effectively across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven project management expertise.
  • Experience managing Audits and expanding HR practices in fast-growing or multi-location organizations is highly desirable.
