Inviting applications for the role of Manager, RTR - Closing & STAT Reporting
In this role, individual is responsible for preparing and filing statutory financial statements and related documents, including Orange books. Ensures compliance with government regulations and organizational policies while performing reconciliations of internal financial records for accuracy. Monitor timelines for statutory filings, collaborate with internal teams to validate financial information, and conduct variance analysis of statutory financials with accompanying commentary. Validating and finalizing NAIC footnotes and supporting both internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documentation.

Responsibilities
.Managing a Stat reporting team, who is responsible for completing Stat & MLR reporting on monthly/quarterly basis.
.Prepare and file statutory financial statements and required documents, including Orange books.
.Reviewed and validated Minimum Loss Ratio (MLR) reports, ensuring accuracy in premium and claims data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
.Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies in all reports.
.Monitor timelines for statutory filings and track compliance deadlines.
.Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate financial information.
.Conduct variance analysis on statutory financials and provide commentary.
.Validate and finalize NAIC footnotes.
.Support internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.BCOM / MCOM
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Master's degree in finance or accounting, or relevant certifications (e.g. CA, CPA, CFA) is a plus
.Experience in financial or statutory reporting.
.Proficiency in financial reporting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g.,Oracle, SOVOS, Wings).
.Proficient in MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills including the ability to create complex formulas, use pivot tables, perform data analysis, and manage large datasets Excellent analytical and communication skills.
