Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site MPhil Psychologist. The psychologist will do Counselling and conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and evidence-based interventions for individuals with neuro-psychological and addiction-related conditions. Daily responsibilities include providing individual and group counseling, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, and participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings. The psychologist will also support program development, participate in clinical audits, and adhere to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical rehabilitation settings.
• Competence in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including structured interviews, test administration, and formulation of treatment plans.
• Understanding of the interface between Psychology and Medicine, especially in neuro-psychological and addiction care.
• MPhil in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent recognized by RCI or relevant regulatory body) with valid registration where applicable.
• Fluency in Gujarati and proficiency in English, with the ability to provide therapy, documentation, and communication in both languages.
• Experience in inpatient or rehabilitation settings, preferably in addiction, neuro-psychology, or psychiatric care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a structured, patient-centered clinical environment.
