M&E Coordinator

We are a local B1 Building/Civil Engineering Contractor seeking qualified and committed candidates to join our team in various roles, focusing on residential projects.

Job Summary

Manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects on-site for residential projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and effective collaboration with contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems including sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security, and lift installations to ensure project compliance
• Liaise with nominated and domestic contractors and consultants to coordinate M&E work and produce detailed progress reports
• Conduct site inspections to verify that M&E works meet project specifications and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of all M&E works to ensure timely and quality completion
• Review and interpret M&E drawings to support accurate execution of works
• Assist in producing coordination drawings to facilitate integration of M&E systems (preferred skill)

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant site experience in residential and commercial projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• M&E Certification (preferred)
