Job Description

  • Lead the integration process for mergers and acquisitions for the client
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial and operational strategies.
  • Develop and execute integration plans to achieve business objectives effectively including cost optimising initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the financial performance of integrated entities.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies during the integration process.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates to stakeholders on integration progress.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
  • Support change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and someone who can get the job done

The Successful Applicant

A successful M&A Integration Role should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working on M&As in the packaging sector or related sectors will be a plus
  • Proven knowledge of merger and acquisition processes and integration strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities as well as someone who can get the job done
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the industrial and manufacturing sectors
  • At least 5 years of experience
