- 5-10 years experience in M&A and corporate development roles in pharmaceutical industry is mandatory
- Experience in financial modelling, due diligence and deal structuring
- Exposure to cross border deals would be a plus
- Knowledge of deal licensing along with leading financial aspects of M&A
