We're looking for a Sell-Side M&A Advisor to lead the sale of a health-focused cloud kitchen brand.
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented mandate—not a theoretical advisory role. The right person has closed (or directly supported) F&B, QSR, or cloud kitchen transactions and understands how buyers evaluate brand, unit economics, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Buyer Identification & Outreach: Actively map and approach potential strategic acquirers, larger F&B conglomerates, and private equity investors.
- Lead the sell-side M&A process end-to-end
- Position the business clearly for strategic and operator-led buyers
- Identify, approach, and manage conversations with qualified buyers
- Prepare and refine information memorandum, financial narratives, and deal rationale
- Coordinate diligence, negotiations, and closing
- Work closely with the founder to ensure confidentiality and deal discipline
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in M&A, business broking, or transaction advisory
- Direct exposure to F&B / QSR / cloud kitchen businesses (strongly preferred)
- Evidence of closed deals or late-stage transactions
- Strong judgement on valuation, buyer fit, and timing
- High integrity, discretion, and clear communication

Compensation
