Job Description -
- Part of the strategy team to identify potential M&A opportunities and assess the strategic fit with the organization's goals
- Organization's goals Build and maintain financial models DCF, comparable company analysis, accretion/dilution, and purchase price allocation
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence, coordinating across legal, tax, and operational workstreams
- Prepare investment memos, deal summaries, and board-level presentations
- Track and analyse the technology deal landscape - sector mapping, target screening, and competitive benchmarking
- Support integration planning and post-merger workstreams as deals close
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the organization, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure successful execution of transactions
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in M&A deal execution - investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, or in-house corporate development
- Demonstrated exposure to IT, ITES, SaaS, or broader technology transactions
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills - comfortable owning a model end-to-end
- Ability to synthesise large amounts of information into clear, concise outputs for senior stakeholders
- Sharp commercial instincts - understand what drives value in a tech business
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- CA, MBA (Finance), engineering + MBA background a plus
