M&A Advisory (Execution) Opportunity | Business-Level Proficiency in Japanese Required!

Key Responsibilities:

This role is primarily focused on the execution of cross-border M&A transactions, covering a broad range of responsibilities including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction/project management.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, or related fields

• Business-level Japanese and English (required for communication with internal and external stakeholders)

Compensation:

Compensation will be determined based on experience and current salary.

(Indicative range: SGD 10,000-15,000 per month + bonus)
