The Role
We are looking for a Brand Communication Head who is among the top 1% of the industry a leader who thrives on ownership, storytelling, and building relationships that drive business growth. This is not a 95 job. This is a dynamic, high-pressure, and high-reward role where you will be the face of Novella representing the brand at forums, luxury venues, and with elite clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaborations with wedding planners, venues, designers, influencers, and luxury partners.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client onboarding.
- Represent Novella at luxury forums, wedding events, and client meetings with confidence and authority.
- Craft and execute brand positioning strategies that differentiate Novella globally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNI/HNI clients.
- Collaborate with founders to support investor pitching and growth storytelling.
- Translate the founder's vision into reality through brand communication, client journeys, and market positioning.
What We're Looking For
- 48 years of experience in brand communication, luxury marketing, or wedding/lifestyle industries.
- Proven ability to convert collaborations into revenue (not just visibility).
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong luxury sensibility able to speak to HNIs/UHNIs with confidence.
- Purpose-driven mindset: sees Novella as a long-term journey, not just a short-term job.
- Tenacity to thrive in dynamic schedules (6-day weeks, late nights, last-minute travel).
