Job Description

Role: Senior Sales Executive - Premium Real Estate

Company: Gain Acre Realyon LLP, Sector 150 Noida

Ticket Size: Premium residential properties, minimum ₹1.5 crore, going up to ₹15 crore. Major focus on real estate worth around Rs 10 crore.

This is not a budget real estate role. The candidate must be comfortable handling serious HNI buyers at this level.

Most Important Filter - Communication Quality:

This is the single most critical requirement. Voice must be clear, confident, and professional. Language should be articulate, English proficiency is a bonus. If communication quality is not exceptional, please do not forward the profile regardless of experience.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2-3 years in real estate sales. Must have personally closed transactions, not just supported. Experience with premium or luxury properties preferred. Someone who has sold budget properties only will not fit this role.

Personality Profile:

Calm, composed, and patient - essential for handling premium buyers who take time to decide. Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision. Results-driven with strong follow-up discipline. CRM usage mandatory.

What We Don't Want:

Aggressive pressure-based sales style. Candidates who have only handled low ticket size transactions. Poor communicators regardless of experience level.

Compensation:

Fixed ₹25,000-50,000 based on experience plus significant commission. Earning potential is genuinely high for a performer.
