1Marmo Luxe Marble Lounge is South Mumbai's premier destination for the world's finest natural stones and statement marble. We cater to top architects, interior designers, developers, and elite homeowners seeking rare, high-value materials.

Role Overview

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and client-focused Luxury Sales Co-ordinator to support our sales team and ensure a seamless, premium experience for every client walking into our lounge.

This is not just sales it's relationship-building in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling walk-in HNI clients, architects & designers

Coordinate client meetings and lounge presentations

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & follow-ups

Maintain CRM and track leads diligently

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics & accounts team

Ensure smooth post-sale documentation & client servicing

Support sales head in closing high-value transactions

Maintain luxury hospitality standards within the lounge

Ideal Candidate Profile

25 years experience in luxury retail / real estate / interiors / marble industry

Excellent English communication skills

Well-groomed, presentable personality

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Comfortable handling high-value clients

Basic understanding of Excel & billing software

Based in Mumbai (South Mumbai preferred)
