Role OverviewWe are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and client-focused Luxury Sales Co-ordinator to support our sales team and ensure a seamless, premium experience for every client walking into our lounge.
This is not just sales it's relationship-building in a luxury environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling walk-in HNI clients, architects & designers
Coordinate client meetings and lounge presentations
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & follow-ups
Maintain CRM and track leads diligently
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics & accounts team
Ensure smooth post-sale documentation & client servicing
Support sales head in closing high-value transactions
Maintain luxury hospitality standards within the lounge
Ideal Candidate Profile25 years experience in luxury retail / real estate / interiors / marble industry
Excellent English communication skills
Well-groomed, presentable personality
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Comfortable handling high-value clients
Basic understanding of Excel & billing software
Based in Mumbai (South Mumbai preferred)
