Job Title: Store Manager – Delhi

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of India's most prestigious luxury fashion retail environments. The Store Manager will serve as the face of Evoluzione in Delhi, driving commercial performance while cultivating meaningful relationships with an elite customer base. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with an instinctive understanding of luxury service, styling, and relationship-driven retail.

Role Purpose

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the store, ensuring an elevated client experience, achieving commercial objectives, maintaining impeccable operational standards, and developing a high-performing team aligned with Evoluzione's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

• Achieve store sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling support.

• Grow the customer database and ensure effective client follow-up.

• Monitor key business metrics and implement actions to improve performance.

Merchandise & Designer Management

• Partner with designers and merchandising teams to curate relevant assortments.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and product performance.

• Support buying decisions to maximize sell-through and maintain healthy margins.

• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve stock productivity.

• Ensure timely execution of customer orders and custom requirements.

Store Operations

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping.

• Ensure efficient inventory management, stock control, and asset security.

• Review sales, inventory, and performance reports to support business decisions.

• Ensure compliance with all operational processes and company standards.

Team Leadership

• Train, coach, and motivate store team members.

• Create a culture of service excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.

• Develop team capabilities and build future leaders within the store.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a Store Manager in a multi-designer environment; luxury fashion or premium retail experience can also be considered.

• Strong understanding of luxury customer service, styling, and retail operations.

• Experience working with designer brands, merchandising, and inventory management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication & Leadership Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating retail teams.

• Ability to analyse business performance and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and profitability.
