Salary:

$2,400 - $4,300 (BASIC) + COMMS

Key Responsibilities:
. Deliver personalised, high-touch customer service to drive sales and client satisfaction
. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including VIP clients
. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement
. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
. Handle POS transactions, inventory checks, and stock replenishment
. Keep up to date with product knowledge and brand storytelling

Requirements:
. No experience required, training will be provided
. Passion for customer service and interest in luxury retail
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Presentable, confident, and service-oriented
. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
