Associate - Luxury Retail

Experience: 12 years

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a polished and customer-centric professional for a luxury retail store. This role combines store operations, client relationship management, and social media coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen sense of aesthetics, and the ability to deliver a high-touch, personalised client experience aligned with luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store
  • Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment along with the backend team.
  • Ensure store upkeep, ambience, and overall presentation reflect luxury standards

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality service to walk-in and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Assist clients with product selection, styling, and purchase decisions
  • Maintain a client database and follow up for new arrivals, events, and collections

Client Communication

  • Handle client interactions across channels (in-store, phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Proactively engage with clients for relationship building and sales conversions
  • Manage appointments and exclusive previews for key clients

Social Media & Digital Coordination

  • Assist in managing the store's social media presence
  • Create and post content, including product features, store updates, and client engagement stories
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, launches, and promotions

Key Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles (luxury/premium preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram)
  • Ability to multitask and manage both operational and client-facing responsibilities
