Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Real Estate Supply Lead based in Gurugram. The Luxury Real Estate Supply Lead will oversee expanding the portfolio of high-end properties, building relationships with property owners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring properties meet the company's luxury standards. The role involves conducting market research, strategic planning, and creating innovative approaches to attract premier luxury property listings. The individual will also work closely with various teams to build trust and maintain a seamless onboarding experience for property partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and understanding of Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Strong Sales and Real Property skills for evaluating and negotiating high-value properties
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to establish and maintain relationships with property owners
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply strategic thinking to expand luxury property portfolios
• Background or knowledge of luxury property standards and hospitality services is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
