Role Overview
We are seeking experienced sales professionals with a strong background in luxury real estate to drive high-value property sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. The role involves handling premium clients, conducting site visits, managing negotiations, and ensuring seamless deal closures while representing the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Drive sales of luxury residential properties.
Handle HNI & UHNI clients with a premium service approach.
Conduct property presentations and guided site visits.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options.
Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Deal Closure & Negotiation
Manage negotiations and assist in deal structuring.
Maintain strong follow-up discipline to improve conversions.
Support clients through booking, documentation, and closure stages.
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
Team & Process Support (AM role focus)
Guide and support team members to improve performance.
Monitor sales pipeline and ensure target achievement.
Maintain reporting discipline and performance tracking.
CRM & Documentation
Maintain accurate CRM updates and client records.
Ensure documentation accuracy and timely follow-ups.

Experience in luxury / premium residential real estate sales
Exposure to high-value property transactions
Network of premium buyers, investors, or brokers (preferred)
Familiarity with luxury markets such as South Delhi (preferred)
