Developed in collaboration with CSIR–Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI), our material offers fashion and product brands a sustainable, circular alternative to traditional leather.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Luxury Fashion Partnerships & Brand Development Manager who can represent AAMATI within the global fashion ecosystem. This role focuses on building relationships with luxury brands, designers, and innovation teams interested in next-generation materials.
The ideal candidate understands the culture, aesthetics, and communication style of the luxury fashion industry and can position AAMATI as a premium biomaterial partner.
Key Responsibilities
• Build strategic relationships with luxury fashion brands, designers, and sourcing teams.
• Introduce AAMATI's mango-based biomaterial to global fashion houses.
• Lead brand communication and presentations with fashion and product design teams.
• Generate B2B collaborations and material adoption partnerships.
• Manage outreach to fashion innovation teams and sustainability departments.
• Coordinate sample development and pilot projects with brands.
• Represent AAMATI at fashion and material innovation events.
Ideal Candidate
• Background in luxury fashion, brand partnerships, or fashion business development.
• Strong network within fashion brands or design studios.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep interest in sustainability and next-generation materials.
• Experience working with designers, sourcing teams, or innovation departments.
Compensation
₹50,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month
+ performance incentives based on partnerships and collaborations.
