We advise founders, CXOs, business owners, HNIs, and UHNIs on some of the city's most exclusive residential opportunities. Our approach is built on trust, market intelligence, discretion, and long-term relationships not transactional Sales Person.
We're a small, ambitious team building a new standard for luxury real estate advisory in Bangalore.
Location: Bangalore – HBR Layout
Experience: 3–5 years in relationship-led sales, luxury advisory, wealth management, hospitality, luxury automobiles, private banking, or luxury real estate.
About the Role
This role is for someone who can build trust with HNI/UHNI clients and move high-value deals toward closure.
Our clients are Founders, CXOs, HNIs, and UHNIs buying homes in the ₹5–25Cr+ segment. Decisions are high-stakes, cycles are longer, and client service matters deeply.You will not just share property options or coordinate site visits. You will understand client intent, guide them with clarity, handle objections, negotiate smartly, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey.
We are looking for a relationship-led deal-maker, not a typical salesperson.
What You'll do
• Build meaningful relationships with founders, CXOs, HNIs, and UHNI families
• Understand client motivations, aspirations, concerns, and decision-making dynamics
• Guide buyers through the entire journey from discovery to site visits, negotiations, legal coordination, and closure
• Create momentum on active opportunities and ensure deals never stall unnecessarily
• Work closely with supply and marketing teams to identify the right opportunities for every client
• Handle negotiations professionally and confidently while protecting long-term relationships
• Think creatively to solve roadblocks and move complex transactions forward
• Become a trusted advisor clients are comfortable calling even before they make a property decision
• Maintain deep knowledge of Bangalore's luxury residential market and key micro-markets
Who You Are
• 3–5 years of experience in relationship-driven sales or advisory roles
• Comfortable engaging with founders, CXOs, HNIs, family offices, and senior professionals
• Strong understanding of Bangalore's key luxury micro-markets such as CBD, Indiranagar, Koramangala, Hebbal, Whitefield, North Bangalore.
• Naturally consultative and service-oriented
• Strong listener who asks the right questions before offering solutions
• Confident handling negotiations and difficult conversations
• Able to think independently and find solutions without waiting for instructions
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward execution
• Excellent at building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for client meetings
• Comfortable working weekends, when most luxury buying decisions happen
