As we continue to grow, we are looking for a polished, articulate and relationship-oriented professional who will become the first face and first voice of MINOSÉ.

About the Role

This is not a conventional sales role.

As a Luxury Client Relations & Pre-Sales Consultant, you will introduce prospective clients to the MINOSÉ philosophy and help them begin their luxury home journey with confidence.

Your primary responsibility is to engage with prospective clients, understand their aspirations, present the MINOSÉ model, build trust and schedule qualified design consultations for our interior designers.

Success in this role is measured not by aggressive selling, but by creating exceptional first impressions, nurturing relationships and converting enquiries into meaningful design consultations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Client Engagement
  • Contact prospective customers generated through digital campaigns, referrals, exhibitions and marketing initiatives.
  • Engage clients through thoughtful, consultative conversations rather than scripted sales calls.
  • Understand client requirements, project scope, lifestyle preferences, timelines and indicative budgets.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments with the design team.
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up until meetings are confirmed.

Present the MINOSÉ Experience
  • Introduce clients to the MINOSÉ design and sourcing philosophy.
  • Explain our unique global sourcing model and end-to-end project execution process.
  • Clearly articulate how MINOSÉ differs from conventional interior firms.
  • Build confidence in our expertise and premium customer experience.
  • Address client queries professionally and thoughtfully.

Relationship Management
  • Become the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience during every interaction.
  • Maintain regular communication throughout the pre-sales journey.
  • Ensure every client interaction reflects the values and professionalism of the MINOSÉ brand.

Business Development
  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers and channel partners.
  • Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent MINOSÉ at exhibitions, networking events and industry forums whenever required.

Sales Coordination
  • Coordinate appointments between clients and the design team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and enquiry status updates.
  • Track enquiry-to-meeting conversion ratios.
  • Work closely with the founders and designers to ensure a seamless client experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys building long-term relationships and can represent the MINOSÉ brand with confidence, warmth and sophistication.

While prior experience in interior design or furniture is an advantage, it is not mandatory.

We are equally interested in professionals from industries where customer experience, consultative selling and relationship management are central to success.

Essential Skills
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and confidence in initiating conversations with prospective clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
  • Highly polished personality with impeccable professional etiquette.
  • Confidence interacting with HNI and UHNI clientele.
  • Excellent listening skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and organisational ability.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Basic understanding of interiors, architecture or luxury lifestyle products—or a strong willingness to learn.

Experience
  • 2–6 years of experience in luxury sales, client relationship management, hospitality, premium retail, luxury real estate, interiors or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Experience dealing with affluent customers will be highly preferred.
  • Experience in CRM tools and lead management will be an advantage.
