Lubrication technician for cement industry

Description

We are seeking an experienced Lubrication Technician for our cement industry operations in Saudi. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in lubrication maintenance, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of Heavy machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication tasks on machinery and equipment in the cement production process.
• Monitor lubricant levels and replenish as necessary to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of lubrication systems to identify potential issues and make recommendations for maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in the selection and application of appropriate lubricants for various machinery in the cement industry.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while handling lubricants and operating machinery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in lubrication maintenance or a related field, preferably in the cement or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of lubrication systems and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with various types of lubricants and their applications in industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations related to lubrication practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
