Mandatory Skills: Java Microservices, Platform support and Operations, AWS services EC2 VPC IAM networking security, Confluent cloud, Confluent Kafka

8 years in Operations SRE Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Operations roles

Strong experience working with AWS services EC2 VPC IAM networking security

Familiarity with Kafka basics topics partitions consumer groups

Background in running distributed systems or high throughput enterprise platforms

Hands on experience with monitoringobservability tools Dynatrace Splunk

Solid understanding of incident response change management operational processes and escalation frameworks

Ability to collaborate with cloud vendors and Confluent Support teams
