L1 IT helpdesk support users based in Noida india.
Resources should be fluent in Chinese language.
24X7 Support window.
Minimum contract period 6 Months.
Preferred delivery location will be Noida
Total open positions 4-5.

He should be available in malaysia location only.
Should be fluent in chinese language
SHould know some technical support , would be good.
Should have knowledge of ticketing and also for the customer support.
