The primary responsibility would involve working on certain client engagements where Oxane is providing portfolio surveillance or reporting services to global institutional investors investing in loan portfolios, asset backed financing or secularization transactions.The role would entail researching across various asset classes and work independently on the day-to-day administration of loan servicing and portfolio management across different geographies.He/she would also be required to interact and coordinate with clientontheperformance of the assets and underlying collateral
Requirements
Work closely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes ▪ Review and extract relevant data from financial statements, loan agreements, amendment documents and other reports as required by c lients or for analysing the credit ▪ Monitoring of key scheduled events through the life of the loan: Interest Payment Date, Maturity Date, Financial Statements, Insurance Requirement, Property Inspection, Valuation clause etc. ▪ Monitoring and reviewing borrower reporting (tenancy schedules, operating statements, financials, and compliance certificates) with keen focus on underlying financial covenants and the legitimacy of borrower reported income and expenses ▪ Running waterfall and Remitting funds on Interest payment date
