LRL Tech Product Manager - SMDD, BRD and DDCS

We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to drive the strategy and development of our PRD programs supporting SDMM, BRD and DDCS . This role will lead the product vision and execution for sophisticated systems and orchestrate the program end to end. We are looking for a Techno-Domain Product Manager to lead and drive the implementation strategy, product development, and digital transformation within the Product Research & Development. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, passion to build domain knowledge, and product management skills to build and manage digital solutions that support drug discovery, preclinical research, clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and CMC processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with scientists, regulatory teams, IT architects, and business stakeholders to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance productivity, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

What You Should Bring:

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Product Research and Development platforms. Develop a product vision aligned with business goals.
• Lead product discovery and definition processes including user research, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization
• Partner with engineering leadership to translate complex scientific requirements into clear product specifications and execution plans. Execute the technology roadmap for LRL Tech within Product Research & Development.
• Drive product development using agile methodologies, ensuring regular delivery of high-value features. Work with engineering teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements in an Agile framework. Lead product development cycles, sprint planning, and backlog grooming for solutions.
• Develop and track key metrics to measure product success and adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech at Lilly colleagues, scientists, researchers, automation teams, and executives to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Champion user needs and experience while balancing technical feasibility and business value
• Work closely with scientists, regulatory affairs, manufacturing teams, and IT leadership to understand business needs and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards in all software implementations.
