Loyalty Program Manager

Role Overview:

Lead and manage the dealer loyalty and engagement program, driving stronger dealer relationships, higher program participation, and business impact through data-driven insights and analytics.

Required Skills

• Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in Dealer Loyalty, Dealer Engagement, Channel Partner Programs, or Relationship Management.
• Preferred industry background: Large FMCG companies, Paints, Pipes, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Consumer Durables, FMCD, or allied sectors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics, AI tools, and program performance management.
• Ability to engage with senior dealers and channel partners across markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
