This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Program Consultant based in Noida. The Loyalty Program Consultant will design, manage, and optimize customer loyalty initiatives to drive engagement and satisfaction. The role includes analyzing customer trends, creating tailored strategies to drive program success, tracking program performance, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through personalized recommendations.

• Experience in customer engagement strategies, loyalty program design, and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical skills for tracking and optimizing customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to interpret customer behavior and trends to create actionable insights for program enhancement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in CRM or loyalty programs are a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the ed-tech, consulting, or services industry is highly advantageous.
