Manager Loyalty Technology (Techno-Functional)

Experience & Qualification

  • 35 years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Martech, Product, or Integration roles
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer platforms preferred
  • Engineering, IT, or MBA background preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on techno-functional manager to support the technology, integrations, and product execution for our loyalty program.

This role will work closely with business, IT, analytics, and external vendors to implement and manage the loyalty points engine, handle integrations, prepare BRDs, and ensure smooth day-to-day program operations.

The ideal candidate is someone with 35 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, Martech, or product roles, who is comfortable working across both business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Loyalty Technology & Integrations

  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of the loyalty points engine.
  • Coordinate data integrations across POS, E-commerce, alliance partners, CRM/CDP, and loyalty vendors.
  • Work with IT and vendor teams to ensure accurate and timely data flows using APIs, batch, and SFTP integrations.
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and rollout of new features.

Product Execution & BRDs

  • Convert business requirements into BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Support the execution of loyalty campaigns, new features, and enhancements.
  • Assist in evaluating loyalty, CRM, and martech tools when required.

Data Quality & Compliance

  • Perform system checks for points accrual, redemption, tier movements, and campaign logic.
  • Monitor data quality, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Support compliance initiatives such as consent management, audit trails, and access controls.

AI & Automation Support

  • Work with analytics and product teams to implement automation and AI-driven use cases in loyalty operations.
  • Help test and operationalize new automation initiatives.

Project Coordination

  • Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across loyalty projects.
  • Coordinate with business, IT, analytics, and vendor teams for smooth execution.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of multiple loyalty initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of loyalty, CRM, or martech platforms
  • Experience with POS or E-commerce integrations
  • Exposure to APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations
  • Strong BRD writing and requirement-gathering skills
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
