Job Summary:
The Lower Secondary Math Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and facilitating mathematics lessons for lower secondary students. The role focuses on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment while fostering students mathematical understanding and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and deliver age-appropriate math lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom observations; provide constructive feedback.
- Learning Environment: Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding academic progress and development.
- Collaboration: Work with fellow teachers and coordinators to ensure smooth academic operations and integrated learning experiences.
