Job Description

We are looking for a talented Low-Code AI Application Developer to design, develop, and support AI-enabled business applications using modern low-code platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data, and engineering teams to rapidly build secure, scalable, and intelligent applications that streamline business processes, improve user experience, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, or other low-code platforms.
• Build responsive business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Mendix, or equivalent low-code technologies.
• Develop workflow automation using Power Automate or similar workflow platforms.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, custom connectors, and third-party integrations.
• Configure and manage Dataverse, SQL databases, SharePoint, and other enterprise data sources.
• Design user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on usability (UX) and responsive application design.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable low-code solutions.
• Develop reusable components, business rules, forms, workflows, and automation modules.
• Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Implement security, governance, role-based access, and application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices.
• Continuously improve existing applications by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing business processes.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) or Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, or similar low-code platforms.
• Experience building AI-enabled business applications using low-code technologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and custom connectors.
• Experience integrating Microsoft and third-party applications.
• Experience working with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, or other enterprise data sources.
• Good understanding of application architecture, workflow automation, and business process management.
• Experience designing responsive user interfaces with strong UX principles.
• Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar technologies is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with application security, governance, and environment management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, or Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-assisted application development, and intelligent automation.
• Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, and version control.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
